On my website, you can solely purchase digital items. No physical product will be delivered to your physical address. All products are in English, except when indicated in the item's description.

No Returns or Exchanges Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital crochet patterns are final. Once a pattern is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please review the product descriptions and details carefully before making a purchase.

Accidental Purchases If you believe you have made an accidental purchase, please contact me immediately at support@ainaoracrochet.com before downloading the product. If the product has not been downloaded, I may be able to assist you with resolving the issue. If you download the file, it won't be possible to issue a refund.
